Our main focus is small group training in order to teach the techniques of kettlebells. The goal is to focus on the quality of training so that each individual understands the different kettlebell methods and can do each technique properly. 

We train together and learn together.  But our expertise will ensure that our members know how to not only use kettlebells, but also how to teach others to use them.

Why Kettlebells in Connecticut?

Kettlebells are one of the most dynamic fitness tools around. They are unstable and  therefore hard to control. There are no racks from which to start.  A kettlebell has to be lifted from the ground and has to be controlled with more muscles than just the primary movers.  It is strange that kettlebells are an ancient tool and yet can out-perform todays most advanced fitness machines. 


If you are looking for overall strength, core strength, functional strength or cardiovascular strength, kettlebells are for you. Kettlebells are for those whose doctor has recommended weight loss, fighters looking for better conditioning, athletes wanting to be stronger or your everyday average person.

True that there is a bias here, but see for yourself and you will agree that kettlebells are an important part of any fitness program.
